What date is the event?
The event runs from 12 noon on Thursday 24th August 2023 thru Sunday 28th August. Racing on Saturday & Sunday. Camping until Monday 29th all vehicles to be off site by 2pm on Monday.
How can I buy tickets?
Please follow the link to Eventbrite for tickets.
Can I pay on the Gate?
Yes, all tickets are available at the gate from 12 noon Thursday 24th August. However, we advise online booking to prevent hold up at the gate.
Are the tickets the same price online and at the gate?
Yes.
What time does the gate open?
Thursday 12 noon* - 9pm**
Friday 8am - 9pm**
Saturday 7.00am - 8pm**
Sunday 7.00am - 1pm
Monday All vehicles to be off site by 2pm
*gates will not open before 12 noon on Thursday
**gates will be locked please plan your journey accordingly
NB - If you want to camp together, please arrive together.
Can I get a Saturday only ticket?
Yes, we listened and for 2023 Saturday & Sunday only tickets are available online and at the gate!
What age is the child’s ticket?
5-15yrs. Under 5’s are FREE.
I can’t see my tickets?
You will have an email via Eventbrite at booking which you can print or use your QR code on your phone to scan in at the gate. Also, your tickets will be in your Eventbrite account.
Is there disabled parking?
Yes, for both day parking and camping. Please purchase a FREE pass and bring this with you. You will require to present your blue badge on arrival. Car parking is FREE, the purchase of a camping pass is required.
Are there showers on site?
No.
Are there toilets on site?
Yes, we have a new block available and will have even more toilets available for 2023!
Is there a chemical disposal?
Yes, these will be available across the site.
Is there water?
Yes, sited along the Paddock fence and marked on the programme map.
Is there electric hook-up?
No.
Can we use a generator?
Yes, but please be safe and they must be off by 11pm.
What does a camping pass cover?
Each camping pass covers one accommodation unit. Plus purchase of Adult and child passes will also be required for each attendee.
Can I camp in a tent?
Yes, all accommodation units are allowed.
How big are the plots?
For 2023 we will have marshals siting campers to optimise the space, if you wish to park with friends & family PLEASE arrive together. Please be respectful and do not use too much space!
I will arrive before/after my rider/mechanic/ticket holder?
Your pass will still be available for collection at the gate.
Is there anywhere to stay nearby?
Yes, VMXdN Foxhill have partnered with The Alexandra House Hotel to offer VMXdN Foxhill fans preferential rates. The hotel is less than 5 miles from the track.

When is the Show & Shine?
Thursday 24th August 5pm @ the beer tent area.
What is there to do for children?
VMXdN Foxhill is for MX fans of all ages, with plenty to see and do in the great outdoors! There is a full schedule of racing, a trade village for new kit, sweet stalls, creperie, ice cream vans and lots of riders to meet & greet.
What acts are playing in the beer tent?
TBC with entertainment planned for Thursday, Friday & Saturday night!
What food will be available?
We have many more food outlets to offer including vegetarian options.
When is the racing on?
All day Saturday and all-day Sunday.
Can I use a BBQ?
Please refrain from using charcoal BBQs. Gas BBQs over 85cm off the ground.
Can I bring a pit bike?
NO - No electric bikes are allowed (and this will be adhered to for 2023) ONLY Emtb’s (pedal assisted) are allowed.
Can I start my bike on Thursday/Friday?
NO bikes are allowed to be started UNTIL 8am on Saturday 26th August.
Do we need to wear body armour?
Yes, front and back body armour must be worn.
Do we need to use Chain Guards?
Yes, chain guards must be fitted to every bike.
Do we need a pass for the holding area at the start?
Yes - this is a controlled area and only accessible to riders, mechanics, and media.
Can I photograph trackside?
No - only permitted personnel are allowed trackside. DO NOT ENTER THE TRACK during a race.
Can I buy merch without going to the event?
Yes, this will be available on this website shortly.
